Nonwoven Filter Fabrics

Bolian nonwoven filter fabrics are produced using a special process, with high strength, low elongation and excellent dimensional stability. These features make the filter cloth to serve the requirement for filter presses with low elongation. Filtration accuracy and fabric surface smoothness are improved by heat treatment.

Advantages of Nonwoven Filter Fabrics:

• Light weight: Polypropylene is the main raw material, providing a fluffy and soft texture.
• Softness: The filter cloths are comfortable and have a moderate level of softness.
• Permeability: Good air permeability, with a minimum of 0.5 L/m2/s.
• Anti-bacterial & Chemical-resistance: Polypropylene is an inactive chemical substance that is resistant to insects and bacterial. The advantage of antibacterial is that the strength of the filter cloth is not affected by erosion.

Aplicações:

The filter cloths are widely used in fine chemicals, such as modified starch and the lithium battery industries. Nonwoven fabric is one of the key materials used in Bolian’s vertical tower press filter cloths.
